Thank you....
I am still fighting with the insurance company.
I am in need of car actually ‘sold’ prices - I have a couple of examples and was wondering if there are anymore lurking around the internet…?
Does anyone know of good ‘sold’ examples?

Hi Everyone - Apologies, I've not been on here lately a bit depressing, to be honest.
Thank you for all the support.
Firstly - even if the car is found I don't want it back. So yes, I'd take the settlement - loved the car but it wouldn't be the same.
Insurance company - they have come back...
I have just been able to start the car now... so I think after cleaning and spraying with cleaner yesterday I should go for 3 new relays... Any thoughts from anyone here... I could hear the pump too :)

HI
I have tried cleaning them and swapped them around but still the same. I called Renault and they don't know which one does what...
He also said that they are now black and not brown???? Does anyone know if that is correct?
Price £22 plus Vat each.

Cheers Guys!
It hasn't been starting properly for a while but would eventually start.. garage couldn't find the issue... now it's simply not starting at all... :worried:
So, it's ok to swap them around???? Sorry, I'm not a mechanic
Hi All,
My Trophy is not starting???? :)
This has happened before a while back and had to get AA out. He mentioned that it's not getting any fuel and then cleaned the relays OR fuses on the right under the bonnet. It worked first time.
I have looked at the fuses and relays but all seem clean...
Phew - I could only buy one spring today since it is the last one in the country and in Renault.... :/
God knows how long the other one will take to arrive.

Can I just clarify that I have the correct part numbers for the handbrake cables because Renault have completely different part numbers
From a post on here I got 6000073734 (OSR) and 6000073733 (NSR) product numbers BUT from Renault I got 8200228260 and 820022834 @ £65.28 for 2.... Who's...
Secondly - I am probably going to go for a Scorpion RS192 exhaust so do I get an OEM down pipe or get one made up by ktec or someone similar? My one is rusted badly and I can see the point of going for stainless.
I just don't want the car to be a hodge podge of different manufactured parts if...
Ok so I have just bought Powerflex rear mounts/hangers instead of Renault, to be quite honest they're rubbish.
I would obviously get OEM (Eibach) springs and anything non-wearing OEM, but I guess the grey area is parts like the brake cables, track rod ends etc.

Thank you for the help... much appreciated!
Does anyone have the down pipe part number? or would you go with a non-renault part like KTEC or Scorpion or ?
So, for the exhaust, there is the back box, centre piece (silencer), the cat, then the down pipe then the manifold. Anything else I should...
Hi,
Now that I am doing a mini project on my Trophy I have a burning question in my head...
Do I go down the road of complete Renault parts or do I go for non-Renault (third party) parts.
What do you guys do or does it just come down to what you're replacing...? :).

jsgthomson
Hi,
A couple of questions if I may....
Do the downpipe and cat come in one piece as the guy at Renault said. I, little me, thought they were separate. He quoted me £873 inc vat for backbox and wait for it.... £1800 ex vat for downpipe/cat.
Which steering do we have on the Trophy Mark 2. He...
