Depending on which bit is broken! Could be 3 things that could have gone wrong 1. Catch Solenoid 2. Catch that sits on the rear panel 3. Catch that sits in the tailgate. Thing is there all prone to failure!

Sorry you can get these direct from any Renault dealer just quote part number 77 11 419 456! They are direct replacements and very easy to fit. As Olliev8 a vast improvement over the standards and look alot better too.
