Yeah thats the biggest problem, with all the hikers and cyclists, you never know what you are going to see round the next bend.
One of the best stretchs of road, i have been down recently is the Chelmsford to Dunmow road, then cutting up to Harlow and coming back down the Harlow to Chelmsford...
Well Guess what........................
IT WASNT ME
There has been quite a few sitings in the past couple of weeks and never me
This weekend I was driving around with the window down, and noticed that i am getting a rattling creaking noise from the window.
It is fine when it is all the way up/down, but when it is in between the noise starts.
It is starting to do my head in
Any ideas.
Steve
There is if you want there to be one.
Maybe do a Sunday Lunch meet if you guys are up for it.
Chuck me a few weekends when you are free and I will see what we can do.
We could always do a Southend Meet if you guys are up for it.
Just had my 12k service done at BB Tuning £119 later and the car is perfect, no petrol in the car, no dents, no scratches.
They were honest with me and told me that i should have around 2000miles left on the discs, but the pads were fine for a bit longer.
I will never take my car to any...
HE HE I got some, it was for the first 250 to reply to the email which they orginally sent out, i replied as soon as i got it, and they have just confirmed that i have got 2 tickets.
Cant wait know.
LOL last year was full of them, makes me proud to be from Essex (well maybe not, at least i have the excuse that i was born in Brum)
Wonder if you will get another beaver shot like you got last year LOL
Oils BB are a Renault authorised specialists so there is no worry about the service records. If i remember they actually have a renault service stamp, so everything will be upto date and fine.
I think in most cases when it comes to selling a car such as the Trophy, most prospective buyers...
A very close friend of mine has a 106 S2 Rallye. Excellent cars apart from the fact that you have to make sure you have a tube of superglue in the glove box to repair all the bits that fall off.
IMHO I would go for the Trophy, as it will outhandle the 106 round a track, and is alot quicker...
Yeah i am on 11500 now hopefully the 12k comes after i have been paid. Likely hood of that LOL ZERO.
Only problem i have is BB dont have any courstsy cars, and i work to far away to get a lift bugger.
Will have to have a word with them.
I thought i would inform you of some shocking information that i found out while renewing my insurance.
When i purchased my Trophy last september Direct Line were my current insurers, so i phoned them and payed the additional £250. I payed this got the paper work through all was fine...
Happy birthday KItten you kept that one hush........
I think I know the reason, you have hit the big 50. I would be keeping that under my hat as well
There is actually 4, there is a woman that works around the corner from me that has a Trophy and a guy in Braintree (Dave).
I have spoken to Dave made him aware of the site but he dosnet have internet access.
Just found out, its not the cheapest kit around, at approx £500 but it will give a proven 10bhp power gain on its own.
Where the 3k dip is on the 182 when they tested the V force kit it flattend the 3k dip out to the extent that is was barley tracable on the graph.

Been speaking to the guys at Pipercross, who have just released a new induction system. Its not cheap but just looking at the gains that were made on the Type R makes me wonder.

Yeah thats about right, but to be bruttally honest with you, stripping it out is just a pain, have a look under the bonnet and you have all of the pipe work which is associated with the Air Con.
for a 5kg saving you would be better off stripping the back seats out, taking the CD Player out...
I got slated on another forum for doing so many miles in 6 months. My come back was.
I dont give a s~~t at the end of the day those 10k miles have been the most fun mile i have ever done. I didnt buy the car just so it can sit in the garage looking pretty i bought it to drive it hard and...
My car has just hit the 10k mark with no major problems at all (Touch Wood :? )
I cant belive that in 6months I have done so many miles. Good thing is later this year i am moving in with my Partner, which is only 10min walk from work, so during the week the car will be parked up and i will...
You really know your getting old when you are going to make use of your English Heritage card LOL.
Ok dig over LOL
In all honesty i think this would be a good idea. I was trying to get an idea of some good roads for the Breakfast run in Essex that i was sorting out, this sort of thread...
Don't even joke about that. lol I'll relax once my 14 days are up.
I know exactlly what you mean, it is so easy to get caught in Wales, you just forget that you are on public roads, LOL
You do dissapoint me though, brand new camera with megga zoom, fit chick in the car.
Put two and two...
Very nice Lee. how many points you pick up this time :D
