Yes, from Cambridge.
2 owners, FSH, aux belt changed, 40k miles, mint paint and wheels (as you can see), CF splitter, DS2000 brake upgrade with discs and braided hoses.
The only thing the car needs is 2 new front tyres within a short period of time.
I bought the car for £6,700 and by the time...
Re: Old owner of 067/500
I now own this car. Not had much time to use or drive it due to one reason or another but a mate came round to see it after it arrived home and took a few pics.
Really impressed with the car tbh.
Speaking of common knowledge also, it's also posted about on forums that Clio Trophy is a bit of a giggle for owners wanting more cash for their cars then they are worth.
That's about the RS comment btw.
You are dreaming if you think they are worth anything more than £7,500.
That's just the truth.
Take a look and you will see that all the ones which sell are 6-7k.
Ones above seem to hang around.
I am sure you can see that.
You're all dreamers if you think they go for alot more.
There are 3 on PH at 40k FSH and £7,200, £6,995 and £6,750.
Also a few which have sold at the same price too - take a look if you think they are worth more, I think you may have a sudden reality shock.
I don't think it's not too little...
Hi, interested in buying your old car.
In fact going to see it in a couple of days.
Just wondering if you have anything good or bad to say about it.
The current owner said you took good care and is infact a good un.
Anyone know anything about it please?
Looking to purhcase a Renault Clio Trophy.
Want FSH, low no of owners, aux belt changed, circa 40k miles for no more than high £6's.
I am seeing the ones on PH which meet my description but are a fair travel.
I live in the N.W area and if you are looking to make a sale I will be able to view...
Wouldnt mind getting a few shots of mine with a trophy one weekend if anyone has some spare time and fancys taking a few pics.
I live very close to Cheshire Oaks....
Thanks.
I also think grandad is abit harsh considering the non-existant performance difference  . If I were you I would want the link to be as short as possible not as long!
Cheapest for me have always been Direct Line, Adrian Flux or Admiral. The only reason i'm not with DL (cheapest by far) is they do not insure mods unless over 25 :(
My current policy with Admiral is £900 with 4 yrs protectd ncb, couple of mods on FC.
I flashed and waved at a trophy driver and he gave me the:
"Who the fuck is that in a chavvy old clio waving at me? Fuck it just ignore him" look.
Picture paints a thousand (18) words.
