Growing more and more keen on a Mark Fish group buy. Can we get a provisional list of who would be interested.
I bet top whack we'll get about 10% off.
Interested
Jamie.
Just paid £515 which also included a service with Elf oil. That was with NorthWest Performance.
I've also had a previous RS done by Birchdown with service which was about £100 more.
Yeah, I agree with Russ (It is Russ isn't it? Avatars are the same). I'd be up for a group buy. However, after just getting back off hol I'd like it for a month or twos time but I guess that's just enough time to set it up and find buyers?
On the hot topic list when clicking on it, it takes you to the final page and last reply and not first?
Also, is this a CT set up thing? But when clicking a link in a thread instead of taking you to that page it opens up in a new page?
So how long do you plan on keeping it (meaning Trophies but anyone is welcome) all being well?
A car you're going to keep 'forever'?
Keep for a long time?
Planning on changing?
A stop gap?
No idea?
I have to say I've thought about changing my car in the recent past but little can get near...
I'm not really going to bother modifying my T for gains. I have an exhaust and decat mainly for the noise. If I do any further mods to the engine it will be very minimal.
So how were you able to test the new set-up? They fitted them to yours and you drove it on roads and track? Then you decided if you wanted to keep it.
From your reply I read into the bit where you said you wanted it "look like" to mean you want the car lower?
I'm suprised you want to alter it...
Give Kwik Fit a ring during office hours and tell them about the problem. Say you want online prices as in store/garage they are collossaly expensive.
As for the cracking. Hmmm, need to ask someone really. Can't judge from here but clearly you don't want a blowout or for them to burst when in...
Haha, maybe me being a bit of a prick that. But bet you're going to get is 32 ish. Town driving is mid 20's. Caning it and it is teens. Some lad at a meet showed me his trip and was on 22mpg which included motorway driving. His new 370Z is doing the same mpg.... Go figure...
I think you should deff get it checked, just to be sure you know what the problem is. If it's the lamda I think it's an expensive part. Could always decat it for a bit. If it is the lamda you will get poor fuel consumption also. Are you on CS? Search for it on there and I'm sure you'll find what...
Check out Columbo ;)
Yeah that's me. If I can get them cheapish I think I may give it a go. Always sell them on, won't lose too much. Tempted to get the Mark Fish setup so hopefully he can tie it all in.
Yeah, I think that's a bit expensive tbh Jay, I think you may be able to get a better price or newer for same. If you spec'd a new one it would be fairly similar. When I looked a 200 Cup with speedlines, Recaros I was told £15k cash I think. That was last summer before I got the T. I was mighty...
Trophy is much better value for money. Can pick up a Trophy for 6-7k easy these days. A 200 with the right spec is about 13k. I think overall the 200 may well be better and whatnot but not double the price better. Also, the 200's fuel consumption puts me off massivley. 20mpg from a little...
Anyone have them on their Trophies? I'm tempted to get some rear ARB's. Hopefully going to go with the Mark Fish sus set up at the end of the summer also. If anyone has that total combination would be good to hear your thoughts.
See a couple of these on the work run (I think, has those wheels and a couple of other things to it) and I have to say I think they look very nice. Those wheels suit it down to the ground.
