    Trophy Sales on Collecting Cars

It might just be my eyesight, but are those wheels a slightly darker colour than normal?

    Available Parts ???

Well I've just learned more Fremch reading that than the two years I tried it at secondary school. Do you teach the lingo James...😉 Merci 😁

    Magazine road tests.??

Sounds like this is going to be a cracking edition of Evo. Look forward to getting a copy in 2/3 weeks when it lands on the shelves over here. Then it will be onto Autotrader to see how much scrimping is required to get my arse into one of the cars listed 🙄

    Trophy on Salvage Market

For the price, there still looks to be some very good parts on that. You should make your money back and more if you were to break it.

    Trophy Sales on Collecting Cars

Is this another one that you might call good value. A William's 1 thats just gone for £13k that's seemingly had a good few parts and a respray recently? Its probably not a concours quality car but still...

    Trophy Sales on Collecting Cars

In the grand scheme of things and when you've seen so many properly good enthusiasts cars going stratospheric with their prices over the last few years, I think that is not a bad price at all. Looking at the pictures and reading the description, that is a really very good example. You can tell...

    WoW

From the description "For the last seven years, it has been dry stored on a vehicle lift to avoid any weight on the wheels." I can honestly say, I have never heard of this being done before, keeping the weight off the wheels. Anyone any ideas of why this might be done or why it might be seen...

    Trophy Sales on Collecting Cars

I certainly wouldn't say no to something like that. Love the seats and how they are finished as well, suits the ethos of that model I think.

    Trophy Sales on Collecting Cars

Strictly this isn't a Trophy (obviously) but I just thought it was a very nice example of a 182 Cup. You can tell a bit of money has been spent looking after it and its had some careful previous owners by the looks of it at least...

    Very cool thing

It might be a long shot for most, but its always good to dream an odd time as well ;)

    Very cool thing

You are obviously good at the colour coordination BenG...red Trophy, red Golf (borrowed) and red canoe 😉😂 Next addition to the garage...red Ferrari 😉

    Very cool thing

Hell of a lot of time and money gone into that. I've started to notice more show cars with those ultra clean and tidy engine bays, with all of the wiring and nearly everything else hidden away. It would go very well with that engine and the fact it probably only weighs in or around 8/850 kgs...

    WoW

Yep, I think they look very well. Probably can fade a little bit but probably not as much as the more traditional red.

    WoW

I will be the first to admit that compared to many others I have only driven a few truly great cars. Luckily there were a few DC2's around me in the early/mid 2000's,brilliant brilliant cars. I still don't think there is a much better seat for holding you and comfort than the Recaro SR3. And...

    Buyer Beware: The Barn Find...

The automotive version of Pixie Dust 😂 That's a lovely looking GP2 Nick,I always thought they just needed some nice Recaro's to really finish them off, considering the image they were trying to put on that particular model.

    Trophy Sales on Collecting Cars

Very interesting to read about the sellers experience. Overall, it seems CC have a fairly decent service and way of working, but of course its not all 100% perfect, I guess as with most things in life. As you say, as they have expanded so quickly and into so many countries now, being able to...

    Goodwood Revival '23 Live Stream.

I totally missed this. I can only imagine the insurance company having heart palpitations when they got the call "Ah,there was just a slight little issue with the old 250 GTO....we just had a little bit of flames...."

Barn Find 31k Trophy on eBay

Looks a bit like a special Titanic edition underneath. Everything is fixable though, depends if the next owner wants to spend the money. Should be a good car after a bit of work you'd imagine.

    EVO magazine 095

Yeah it would be very unfortunate if you got an itchy nose half way through this car auction Nick 😉 It might be a real tough tester of your willpower to not buy.... What are pretty decent DC2's generally selling for now Nick? Would really like a DC2 someday, absolutely brilliant piece of kit.

Low mileage, one owner Trophy for sale soon

I dont think you will have too much trouble getting plenty of interest in your car, especially with that sort of mileage and of course being a one owner car. Best of luck with the sale.

    Toyota GR86 Factory Allocation

In this market, that has to be one of the best offers of the year. Hopefully it goes to a good home, which I'm sure it will.

So What's Next....? Life after a Trophy

It's crazy how much more over a standard Championship White or similar colour,a genuine Y56 Phoenix Yellow car goes for these days.

So What's Next....? Life after a Trophy

I hope he has been in the gym while awaiting the car to be finished then 😁 No,I just have the 205,no Trophy unfortunately. The 205 has been away since September 2021 so I've just gotten it back. I intended to just get it repainted but that soon escalated....🙄

So What's Next....? Life after a Trophy

Yes I believe the newer Integra is far easier to live with day to day,a lot more accommodating overall. Christ, your friend must have the neck muscles of Lewis Hamilton, that thing will shift with an engine like that 😯

So What's Next....? Life after a Trophy

Nice reviews. I never thought of the DC5 as having those over steering tendencies, seems Honda liked to carry that family trait over a little bit at least. A few friends had DC2's and they definitely liked to bring their rear ends around, especially if you were caught out and lifted the...
