I'm going to be a little conteversial here Francis in saying it looks a little bland without it's Red bumper insert trim, or is it just me ????
Do you think he was going for the contrasting look with the wheels.
Also sat very low at the back end which may slightly hinder it's ride on our great...
Missed it Andy - looks like it got sold late 24 - bummer ☹️☹️
When you read the write up it had electric Recaro’s which is such a 80/90s thing with the buttons on the seat bolster

This is a bit more you Andy - I’ve spoken to the Chap who owns it a couple of times - stunning thing and running a 20v Turbo with 250 bhp.
The interior is awesome too with it’s beautiful Recaro seat’s - shame I don’t have a picture of them.
Quizzed him a few times regarding price 🤣🤣 as I too...
£19200 ish including fees - doesn’t looks crazy money for one of the first hot hatches made - and I wouldn’t want to start and replicate it starting from scratch nowadays.
I'm interested to see what this makes as it's not doing crazy money at the moment - looks a lovely car from a distance online too, 1.6 5 speed in Mars Red.
Love that no Mot or Tax are needed which is a bonus...
I'd say Tim the 14 owners before have wanted it so why not another :) - however I would be put of myself but other's could look at it a different way.
More owners more spend ??? - usually you find car's that have been previously written off have had loads of owners.
I do love a magic sponge 🧽🧽🧽 Ed as you know 🤣🤣
They also do a great job on the window rubbers and interior handles - I gave mine a rub up the other week
Welcome aboard Peter - you have bought a great car from Michael there and I’m sure it will give you plenty of enjoyment when you’re out and about.
Photos needed please 🙏 of your adventures.
Amazing Sounds Ed - I’ve had the pleasure of hearing both cars on the hill at Goodwood - also it’s so great to experience them on start up and to see the fuel evaporation when they are trying to warm the engine up -
😍😍😍
Looks a bright thing Francis - your right to say good cars are still selling and making decent money.
The published price is including the check out fees.
I know 10000 miles is a lot when you are talking about the best classic investments - but I really don't get the massive differance in these two cars -
I spoke to the Chap a few weeks ago about it and it can be bought for £9000 but what put me of was it needed it's passenger rear quarter...
Love it Sir - we had a Tornado Red small bumper car and a Atlas grey big bumper -
Your right to say they never felt that quick but I'd say it was down to the quality of the car - along side most standard Hot Hatches in a straight line bar the Astra 16v it did have the edge in my experiance -...
If it would have been nearer Ed I would have gone to view it before it sold - not sure I could have walked away either without buying it :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Lets also see how long this last's - Big Bumper 16v 3dr -
Better car really when they where new over the 205 due to it's build quality - however both great cars for differant reasons -
It's a shame that we didn't appreciate them more back in the day -...
