Cool, its the only press car that the reg starts with HK instead of HT if my memory serves me correct. Really nice car, glad you are enjoying it.
Make sure you register the car in the relevant section.
Wicked wheels did some wheels on one of my old cars and I didn't think the job was that great, seemed to be a really soft finish - I suppose it depends on who's doing them in each particular area.
I have heard really good things about spit 'n' polish who also do the wheel refurbs.
I personally don't care about mileage either, I just don't get the opportunity to drive the car as much as I would like. I can't really use the car for work and I tend to get home quite late at night, so the only option is to use the car at the weekend. But then, I have two small children (3 yrs...
I've not used the Trophy for about 5 weeks now - just not had the chance, what with one thing and another. I've done a quick calc and I've worked out I do maybe 3,000 miles a year in it if I'm lucky (it is a 4th car).
Just wondered what mileage's others are doing and is there anyone out there...
Just wait until Brown become's PM. He's not even got a driving licence.
Mind you its the same in London with Loony Livingstone - again a non-driver.
So, with Ken running London and Brown running the rest of the Country, you may as well sell your car now
I can't believe they've had a successful trial, unless their anticipated demand was selling 1 litre a week - in which case I guess they may have just reached their target.
I reckon you could probably buy some of that full on 120 RON drag race fuel that comes in the metal caskets for less than...
Has anyone tried that BP rocket fuel thats something like 105 octane?
Only place I've seen it for sale is the BP garage down the road from Aston Martin!! Still, they wanted 2.42 a litre
Good on you mate - it sounds like you got a good deal, although I have to say the guy who sold you the car must be either desperate or a fool.
The thing is, its the owners who dictate the values of their cars. If we all decide to start selling them at £5,000 then thats what their...
If a dealer was prepping a car there's no way they would buy a new wheel, they'd be on the phone to the 'man in a van'. Any potential buyers probably wouldn't even know the wheel had been repaired.
In fact, there's probably loads of people on here who are driving a Trophy that has had a wheel...
Hi all,
I had the pleasure (if thats the right word) of popping into London West Renault today. Both trophy's had gone (002 & 006). 006 had been sold and the guy was collecting it whilst I was there and 002 had gone elsewhere (not sure if it has sold or what).
They were hoping that they...
The maroon GTA is a limited edition 'LeMans' - ultra rare, made in very few numbers.
The Cup racing car is available to buy through R.Sport, I think its about £20k + VAT. I guess if you were dedicated enough you could probably get one through an SVA test and get it registered for the road...
Ok, ok, the unique feature is that it has no number, in other words it is 000/500. There is every possibility that it is in good, original condition, however, all I can say is that it is no stranger to the track.
I don't know if I should say which one - as it might be someone's pride and joy! But lets just say there is a unique feature about this Trophy
The 002 car should be a good car for someone, although a bit pricey!
This is my first reply too, but the dealer would never have any way of knowing whether the car has been on track or not.
With regards to 006, most of the RUK ones: 001 to 006 were all pretty well looked after - yes they were driven hard, but you have to remember that these cars were going...
