We have proved the wheel/steering wheel position does not indicate suspension issues. The damage looks very similar to that of a mates car when it was reveresed into by a transit flatbed.

How do you know it's a new bumper? If you look carefully you can clearly see the damage to the bumper just under the headlight area to the right where it meets the arch. http://www.applesalvage.com/cars/big/1155229433.jpg You wouldn't expect a new one to be like that... would you? .
