I’m just wondering @Mike256 if your car warrants a full respray? Given what I consider to be the pretty good finish on the factory paint even 20 years down the line now on many of these cars. I think there’d have to be something fairly major to make me want to repaint the whole thing, especially...
…dragged the old exhaust back out of the shed for some final pre-painting fettling.
Hope to get this finished and fitted to #407 before the MoT in June.
Great to see your work @James__H :) (y)
Makes me want to get more bits restored to as-new condition underneath mine (I have all the bits ready more or less, it's just finding the time to swap it all over!)
Just caught up with last weeks instalment from HM. A Scottish road trip in his Testarossa.
Sublime views, great roads, HM's infectious enthusiasm. An inspiration certainly for trip planning - I've already been checking out the hotels/accommodation and locations he mentions..
Well worth a watch.

Seems to be stuck at £7k, hopefully we’ll see more interest in the final moments.
I’m going to predict a £15.5k finish for this one, including fees.
An afternoon cleaning the underside of the bonnet then cleaning and coating rear suspension componentry in ACF50 today Nick, I doubt you'd want to see those pics... 😆 😆 😆
Cheers Nick. Felt great to have the old thing back out of storage, I'd forgotten how I'd gone to town cleaning the interior last year... it was like stepping into a car fresh out of the showroom in 2005!
I'm also taking advantage of the spell of good weather. No.407 retrieved from the unit earlier on, a nice trundle home and now on charge ready for a weekend of fun. Can't wait! It's been too long...
