Got woken up this morning to my Clios alarm going on off ever 5sec or so. Only the sounder and no indicator flashing. Open and closed on key then was ok. Anyone else had this happen or know what's been set off on alarm circuit to do this?

I've got K-tec/Vibratecknics upper engine and upper gearbox mounts with the Powerflex bushes for the rear lower gearbox mount (They are the purples ones) Don't find them too harsh now tbh, deffinately more noise on startup and idle but soon get used to it. It's my daily driver aswell.

Toe out = -ve. Toe in = +ve I run aroun 0.0 toe on front and 0.1 to 0.2 on rear. Not 100% of exact value but should be slightly +ve toe on rear.

Dodo juice mellow yellow is good, similar to billberry in that it's classed as 'safe' for regular use. I'd just use usuall car body shampoo with a selection of brushes and mitts if you clean it often

Another part to look at regarding heat transfer reduction is ptfe gaskets on the inlet manfold. Very easy to fit and quite cheap.

I'm going to take that as a 'Cup clio will be more focused and further from the FF version' hopefully :lol:

It's a guy called Arran, his mate does them. He works for aston martin. He removes the thumb grips and remakes them in leather and replaces the rest of the 'french leather' with proper leather. Costs £150 and your wheel in exchange

Have had mine retrimmed, fitted it couple weekends ago. Sorry forgot to post pics. Toyed with idea of red stitching and center band but settled for and OE look in the end. :D
