I thought it was dependant on your average mpg as to how the computer works out when you're down to your last 50 miles, so if you've got crap mpg the light will come on higher up the gauge?
It still has the Sachs fronts on it.....my 182 cup shocks haven't arrived yet :P mr "i want to buy upgrades but can't coz i have to buy girly wallpaper and furniture to keep my woman happy" boom.....
Owh you beat me to it! On another note my nsf Sachs failed yesterday 182 cup shocks going on for a couple of weeks while the Sachs go off to cornering force for a rebuild, they covered around 35k since June 2011 when they were first returbed so not a bad result all in all!
My incident was ridiculous, I was in the correct lane and about 10 metres ahead of this van both doing about 30mph ,he comes tearing down the inside swearing and flashing his lights then keeps hoofing his brakes whilst calling me a wanker in front of me, overtake him on the dual carriage way and...
got 3 x hankook v12 evo 205/45/16 87 W XL
2 of them have between 1.6 and 2mm of tread all over
1 has about 2.5 - 3mm of tread all over.
would make alright spares for anyone that carries a full size spare wheel!

A few people over on cliosport have done it! I'd quite like it a different colour, been thinking about it recently! Also did you see the guy getting ecu data on the radio display? That was cool!
Check the wiring to the switch and the switch itself (the panel just pops off irrc ), i'd also check the 2 wires either size of the rear windscreen that connect to the actual demister itself, if one of these is loose or corroded it will cause a problem.
quick google: B - heated rear sceen relay - according to Mick at Diamond Motors
To be honest i doubt its the relay, as i said over on cliosport i reckon its going to be the switch or the wiring in the tailgate
Like powerranger said, i fail to see how a strut brace that just screws/bolts to the metal around the strut top can give any increase in performance, the pure motorsport one on the other hand as its connected directly to the top mounts/struts should in theory stiffen the front up a bit
autodata says 6.6 litres but in reality you'll only need about 5, i bought 2 x 5 litre bottles when i came to doing mine and only ended up using one, you'll get 6.6 litres in if you flush the block and matrix out but its not really necessary
Standard Clio ones are far too long, they push the spoiler into the roof scratching the edge of the roof and denting / scratching out a groove in the spoiler, replace them asap!!
Well that makes a lot more sense, I honestly do think you'll struggle to find replacements and with the cost of new being so high it will non doubt drive the price of second hand ones up a bit, I'd keep them in the garage I think you'll save yourself a lot of money and hassle that way, you could...
I would personally keep the front sachs rather than sell, the price for new shocks has apparently hit an astronomical £1780 per shock, finding replacements in the future could be tricky as they will most likely all of been bought up by people wanting to emulate the Trophy suspension package on a...
noticed you're selling your sachs dampers? what are you using instead on the Trophy, if cup shocks it may be more benficial running cup springs / spotlines as im not sure how well the cup shocks match up with the Trophy springs!
alternatively theres some on ebay! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/clio-172-182-trophy-eibach-springs-/261170764344?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3ccefd9a38
I may have a spare front spring in the garage, was keeping it as a spare incase one of mine goes but thinking about going back down the sportline route, could probably be persuaded to sell if you're interested
There are a few options for prices these days, BG Motorsport being the most expensive, there's a lot of people using cornering force in yorkshire who are also quite a bit cheaper and will powder coat them for you too around £350 all in I think!
Mine and Daves were 100% seated properly!
I have a feeling its because the standard springs have that waffy bit of rubber tubing over the bottom few coils and the sportlines have nothing allowing for a tiny bit of movement?
