I turn the radio off enough to listen to the engine with the standard setup. And if Renault answer my prayers and tell me my exhaust needs replacing it will be an excuse to get the credit card out for a nice shiny ss system and I won't even be turning the radio on anymore.

It's the only sound system I'm thinking about.

Type Clio Trophy into google or yahoo and read the reviews that it has got. It's certainly not just a clio according to them, even if it looks very much just like a clio.

All trophys were identical when new. They're great round corners. I had a 206gti before the trophy and thought that could corner well, the trophy is a different league, it takes so much to unsettle it, and when it does happen its very good at letting you know what it's doing so you can correct...

They're great cars, and it's irrelavent what anyone else thinks about the trophy, they're all wrong. There is audrey who is registered on here with a trophy, but I think she posts more over on RS forum.

Mine will hit 32k when I go to work later. And it's due it's 36k service now as I got the garage to bring the 24k service forwardwhen I bought it. It's still going well as far as I'm concerned, it just needs a new exhaust and I'll need the bonnet respraying but hopefully that will be under...

You're potentially the luckiest trophy owner getting sachs sorted under warranty as long as they last a decent amount of time now.

The air con is colder than normal setting, but not what I was used to from my previous car, a 7 yr old 206, or the works Ford Focus I drive. It's been re-gassed already at the first service so I'd expect it to be a bit colder than it is, especially with what other people say about their aircon.

I'm coming up to 36k service now. Luckily for me it's due at 32k as the 24k was brought forward so I've got a couple of months left before the aux belt needs doing. I'm also getting a list of faults for them including air con not cold even though it has already been re-gassed by Renault once...

Mine is nowhere near as cold as my old 206gti or the focuses we have in work. I'll try looking into getting it regassed. With the aircon set at coldest on blower 4 I expect goosebumps on my arms, instead I'm still warm.

Looks like next March I'll have to buy 12 months tax to beat the rise, I normally only ever do it for 6 months even though I know I'm keeping the car.

Mine's going in Saturday. Hopefully whatever it is I'll get it done as a warranty job, then I can still afford a yozza exhaust for the beast.

No problems with 95 ron for me at the moment. I was using V-power before that but I'm finding it hard to justify the cost seen as I can't really notice the difference.

Cheers for that, Saturday or Monday will get it in hopefully. I'm slightly disappointed that I was all set up for getting a yozzasport. I think in a month or two I'll get one, and at least it will mean not having to use the credit card as long as I can get the cat under warranty.

I've now got the same issue. I can't find any leaks but I did think the baffles were making a bit of noise in the centre silencer, could it actually be a noise coming from me cat that is causing this light to come on ? I take it as it's only emissions ligh I'm ok carrying on until I can get it...

Cheers for that, it's certainly helping to sway me towards the yozza system. Just got to put up with the baffles rattling away until June 16th when I get paid and then a great sounding car for me again.

I ran on 95ron when I first had it, then switched to v-power, and now I've gone back to 95ron. I've found very little difference in performance or mpg so I'm sticking to the cheap stuff. I'll just use redex regularly to keep things clean.

I wouldn't fancy the weight resting in the spoiler. I've not used one but did think recently if it was possible to fit one safely to the clio.
