The wheel Covers look much better in the none Renault badge style.

Would suggest current advertised prices are more than “only”double for a trophy compared to a 182. So if your running it into the ground just buy a basic one. What about just getting a regular Megane 250 or dropping to a 225?

Should be. Worth noting that trophy rears don’t come with any rubber bushes or covers... so don’t chuck them unless your also buying new ones of them.

Well a couple of dealer cars are going nowhere on eBay. At £10k/9k respectively with similar mileage. As is a £7.5k 65k car. You could try £8k and see if you get any bites but for an actual sale you might have to drop lower. As you say some comical asking prices about.

Some simply comedy prices about. Just did an amusing autotrader search.. 12 years old 120,000 miles plus £7k... There isn’t much and it’s all pretty much range rovers or commercials.. not many mk2 Clio’s..

For those dubious/or unable to afford the now £300 a pair Sachs rears.. 182 Cup shocks are Currently £64 a pair delivered by RPD/Fish brothers on eBay.

Pms ones require drilling even for just the top mounts. You really have to decide if you want the brace at this stage as if you don’t drill the holes in the right places for the brace. You won’t be able to retrospectively fit it. Unless you redrill either the car or the brace mounting points.

I would imagine the centre caps can only be wet painted.. so might mismatch if you powder... but that just a guess.

When a mans got skills... even if them skills bring bad news.. Ouch.. guess it’s refurb or bust from now.

Paper works in storage but off the top of my head was about £700 with £100 of that being centre caps.

I bought some from Renault about a year ago Off the shelf sppedlines are 43.5 eta and have a slightly larger center bore so you can’t fit Renault centre caps.

Good case of Nice car on paper, well written with good photos advert, motivated seller, motivated local buyer. Whatever anyone thinks for the advertised price or the final price. I think the above has helped the sale.

Aren’t cup Turinis narrower? Or am I just making that up...
