Needs a lot of work and money to get it right. It’s a brave buyer who would pay £9k for it knowing they have to start with sourcing a set of decent sachs
I’m with you on that one, no way will it sell through BCA at that reserve, no private man brave enough to step into that arena and nothing in it for any dealer knowledgeable enough to know what the car’s about
Yes, I recall a few arse clinching moments, especially in the SD1’s and jags when they got out of shape. Thankfully nothing back then much quicker, not like today’s challenge where everything stolen is 300 horses +
I had a series one turbo I took there on a rolling road day, he was trying to sell chips to everyone by the graphs from a chipped one, I was tempted til it went Boom 💥 on the dyno. I then took a series 2 turbo there on another rolling road day. I’d had it chipped at Collins Performance...

As I posted previously I think mid 14s was about all it was worth given the condition and the obvious amount needed to get it to anywhere near good condition. It’s still got to sell, as we know eBay is full of folk bidding and drinking on an empty head.
If it does go at 15ish ad the paintwork...
They must be reading this thread 🤣
Come on then boys, realistically what do we value the car at. Accepting it’s a one owner car which adds points and it’s low mileage - more points but it drops off a cliff there. It’s really an unknown for a potential buyer and as I’ve put before there seems...
You don’t need to physically view it, the under bonnet pictures of any car tells a story, the engine bay paints a good picture of the condition of any car. As I previously posted, every fitting and fastener is rusty, top mounts rusty, loads of cues as to the general condition of the car. Whoever...
