The rears shocks from the factory were silver but the latest ones they ( re issued ) were black .. so it depends on what you have fitted

Cup ones won’t fit as the damper shafts are thincker ..but proflex make one that does the job I’ve use for folks who don’t have the oem ones

If you drop the car with the cooksports it will change the toe and camber angles quite a bit .. have you had the alignment checked ?

The Sachs do have a rubber bumpstop as standard but this doesn’t sound like it’s what’s causing your issue ..

Yes firmer than cups.. but as I said it's very subtle I haven't looked into servicing as they were still available to buy.. Plus the cost would make it ridiculous .. The Konis would be a far better bet

I did measure the difference on the rears against std cup units.. It's not a big difference but it is " different " about 3%in bump and 5% in rebound if I recall ..

They'll be worth more than fronts soon..
