I kinda agree having a vested interest but these cars are 15 years old now and the market is tiny.
By all accounts the Cup rear struts are not a million miles away from the Sachs when put on a test bed.
Tom if you do a search here you will get a selection of views as regards handling but generally they work well with the Sachs set up and lower the car slightly which looks good. As always if you get to talk to Mark, always a good informative chat.
Hey Forbes. Not good news I'm afraid as none of the items you want are now available from Renault!
Most of the bushes, Wishbones and bits and bobs that you would normally refresh at the same time are available from Renault or aftermarket so no problem there.
Rear Dampers: No longer available...
My bad Steve, I read that as eight on top of purchase! (in my defence it's a sunday morning and tree pollen is giving me a proper kicking) £1500 is probably conservative if you include damper service.
Pretty sure they have a green tint, hold a white sheet of paper on the other side to check. Generic or original Renault is your choice, there will obviously be a price differential.

Are you talking about the Audatex system?
Well this has now gone in a slightly different direction, but all is good, a slightly offtrack thread is always interesting.
I'm not sure there is a right answer to who you use to handle the details (I was gently berated by the BMW guys for not using their service) as they all seem to use the...
I previously insured the trophy through Greenlight but they refused to reinsure when my renewal came up whilst I was between jobs having been made redundant. I was pretty disgusted with their attitude and failed to see how that made me a bigger risk with two other cars insured at the time, one...
One of the advantages of a little database such as this is that if the information is being mined from several different sources it is more likely to flag inconsistencies.
Yep, I'd like to see it but suspect opinions might be split depending on whether you are a buyer or seller and whether the car is hiding any secrets or not :)
Bit of advice please if anyone has any experience. I got rear ended in the BMW 1 the other day. It actually doesn't look that bad, beaten up rear bumper and lip of the hatch is a little scratched and bent slightly, the Golf that hit me was ruined so suspected I might have got off too lightly and...
