Sure np, maybe I should also do an unwrapping video for all us tyre nerds 😅
I shouldn't admit this, but the PS5 looking better than the Conti PC6 did tip it over the edge for me. Plus, they're French...
Just checked - £486.60 delivered.
I should get cashback of £30 from Michelin.
I'm not sure I know a good tyre fitter, but I'm going to refurb my wheels, so I'll get them fitted then.
Camskill. They seem to come and go in terms of stock.
The site said two were available but it let me order four. I had to email back and forth a bit with one of their sales people but they managed to find another two.
I think they were about £110 each.
They look amazing! But the car isn't...
I did a back to back drive in my Trophy with my friend's standard mk3 MR2.
Completely agree with the above, it's a really sweet handling car. Nice and pliant, balanced and really suited to our bumpy roads. They're a bit under the radar! (For now).
Someone might correct me, but these could be the correct size and style (albeit not anthracite).

Anybody used yellow touch up paint on their springs? Any recommendations?
Mine are nearly new but slightly marred from assembly (really not bad, I'm being anal 😅).
I went from PBS ProRace pads, which felt great once up to temp, to Brembo 'standard' pads.
I preferred the former, but they were expensive, and more annoyingly they wore down the disc at the same rate as the pads! Lots of dust too.
I'm happy/used to the Brembos for now.
Yokohama AD08 RS. Not a huge fan!
Unless you're in a fairly narrow temperature window (i.e. almost never in the UK) the grip level and balance isn't quite as predictable as I'd like. They also squeal a heck of a lot when very hot.
My friend has an MR2 on the same tyres, he has the same...
