Just a quick update. The car was an 05/55 Trophy (sorry don't know the number!) It had done 47k and sold for £8050 at auction which was just a bit too much for me. Thanks for all the tips!

Hmmm, I had a mint Mondeo ST200 before my current steed and she made a lovely job of kerbing the front nearside wheel coming off a mini roundabout. Luckily for her I wasn't in the car at the time! (swear)

I think Evo is definitely looking a lot more 'Car-like' of late. It's gone a bit too glossy for my liking. Just curious as to what people thought really. Would be interesting to know if many of their original subscribers are still with them.

Hi, I'm new here. I have been offered an ex-company Clio Trophy. It has done 50k miles. Would this be a good buy or not??? I haven't seen it yet. How many services should it have had in this time??? Will those expensive dampers need doing??? Thanks Rob
