Hi everyone,

I’m looking to replace the worn-out gear shift knob on my Renault Clio 3 (2005–2012) and wanted to ask if anyone has done this before.

Are there any tips for removing the original knob without damaging the shift lever?

Also, are aftermarket knobs compatible, or do I need a specific fitting?

I aim for something OEM-looking but open to better materials if they fit well.

Would appreciate recommendations on brands or models that work with minimal hassle.
