Finding a spare set of Sachs these days will almost be a matter of luck. Your best bet is to buy a pair of cup dampers to fit whist the Sachs are off, someone is actually more likely to have these and want to sell. You can then move them on after.
You can pick these up from Renault parts direct though like everything these days, not as cheap as they once were.

@AlexRae As the guys have said, finding anyone with spare Sachs that they'd be willing to part with is going to be highly unlikely these days I fear, your best bet therefore is to fit some 182 Cup dampers whilst your Sachs are being refurbed.

So chuck a couple of these on basically.

Just to add. Make sure the pair you buy have the correct bolt spacing of 60mm

Lads it looks like I’ve been lucky enough to find what is described as a new set of front trophy Sachs dampers that I will be collecting soon. Is there anything I should look out for on these before parting with my cash? (£950)

Well done on finding a set! As @hoolio has said above, make sure they're the correct 60mm bolt spacing. There were Sachs produced for the Twingo rally car which are still freely available but these use a 54mm bolt spacing for the Twingo hub.

Also, even if they're a new set I'd be wary of bolting them straight on without some sort of check over by BG, the seals are renowned for failing prematurely on 'new' sets which have been stored in a less than favourable way. So for peace of mind it might be worth having them looked over to double check.

Seems an okay price, dependant on condition of course. As Ed says, unless you have a receipt for recent work be wary about slapping them straight onto the car. Chances are they will fine but they may also fail quite suddenly. That is however, Trophy life.

Good find - just make sure the seals are good, and there's no oil leaks. If the gas has escaped they'll need new seals and gas. Only way of checking is either on a dyno or manually pushing the damper in (which shouldn't be possible with just your hands).
I defo can’t push them in by hand

I am having no bloody luck here. I ordered all new bolts for front dampers from RDP and the things don’t fit! WTF 😳

I'm sure when I got mine back from powdercating I had to file off the paint from the bolt holes so that they would fit, they're a snug fit, designed so that the splined section of the bolt almost locks into the hole, you have to tap it in with a hammer. You don't want to tap it in without removing the paint otherwise you risk chipping the paint off around the bolt hole.
