could i also have some advice on front wishbones ! where can i get them refurbed? or purchase new ones !

Trophy spec wishbones are NLA. Best bet is probably to blast & powdercoat the existing arms if they’re still ok. Then any competent garage should be able to put in new bearings for you.
Otherwise, try and source a set from a breaker. Not easy to find this stuff now.
