I noticed that the VAG stuff was pretty cheap when I bought mine!

Polyunsaturated is best.

Sunflower for frying; Olive for unheated consumption.

Both under £15 for 5 litres.

I just read the title of the thread and answered it as best as I could!!! The question did ask what oil should be used ;)
