Seatbelt height adjust: is it fixed for all?

I'm guessing all Trophies have the seatbelt height adjuster fixed in place from the factory because of the Recaros and just wanted to confirm.

Ha, thats why i've been unsuccesful for three months trying to raise the adjuster. haha, classic.
