I'm sure you're all aware of the 'no road pricing' petition (now past 1 million signatures) that's been in the news, so I needn't plug that. If anyone isn't, let me know.
The campaign group Safespeed (of whom I am a member) have started a petition (also on the No. 10 website) calling for the abolition of speed cameras.
