Hi All,

Fairly recently purchased a 182 Trophy and it appears to have come with nothing to assist in getting me home in the event of a puncture.

I've started buying bits for the car - but just wondered what do others do?

I'm tempted to buy a spare wheel and tyre for longer trips - just wondered what the wheel specifics are for the car as may well just buy a steelie spare to get me home.

Welcome to the Forum Sir - hope you’re enjoying your Trophy 🏆 - which number did you purchase ???

I’m sure someone will tell you what wheel you will need -

You can get a compressor and tyre fluid to assist in getting you home though if not -

Hi Nick.

I've bought a compressor and just need some tyre fluid i guess.

I bought the [in]famous #196 from Craig - a former college friend from many years ago! I've had the car since early November but only officially became custodian in early December and car's been pretty much stored and sorn'd since. I'll update the Register soon as have had some cosmetic work done recently. Also been chatting to SJParker on here too, current nr 197 and previously nr 196. I'm based in the NW near Craig, so car will be around and about once weather gets better - it's going to Wheelsupnorth in July, as well as the Unit13 show at Anglesey.

The cars originally came with a little kit with a couple of cars of the fluid, I still have mine under the front seat though I suspect the cans are now likely to make an even bigger mess than they did even when new.
I bought a spare original Speedline Corse and wheel very early on and put it in the back, it may even still have a PS2 on it.

Thanks.

What offsets are the wheel please? I'm going to do the same i think - but just for long trips.

Sounds good. What area of Lancs are you? I'm near Wigan.

Did a couple of Wheels Up North Thursday evenings at Longridge last year - decent events!
