Tell the ChipsAway guy to ring Carl at the head office. He should be able to give him the relevant info.
I got mine done a few months back with no trouble because apparently ChipsAway sent out a technical bulletin to all their operators about this approximately a year ago.

ChipsAway did a superb job on mine, you really cannot see where the damage was. I originally contemplated buying a new wheel, but in the end it just wasn't necessary.
Rover Stone Grey Metallic is a very close match and is OK for touch-ups, but it is not exactly the same and would probably show up on bigger areas I think.
