so can anyone tell me what that spray stuff is that blocks out cameras from seeing your number plate?

That is damn outrageous. Why not just tag all the cars with GPS transmitters and be done with it... I did wonder what they were doing on the M4.

AND you know its going to lead to more number plates being stolen.
