The Vehicle Inspection Record sticker found on the inside of the bonnet of a Renault Clio 182 serves several purposes, primarily related to maintenance tracking and quality control. Here's a breakdown of its purpose:

Many thanks Andy.
I wonder how many people use an Air Blower to 'dry' their cars? Starting from about £75 they are more expensive, but perhaps not in the longterm?
I bet @NickReilly063 has one?
A few years back I spoke with the company (based in/near Dorset I recall) that makes the exhausts for PMS. They can make the system quieter by adding an additional box and/or reducing the pipe diameter in line with the original. If I went down this route, I might as well go to a local...
I think Renault were selling the entire system (minus manifold) for around £1200? If I’m correct, that’s about double the price of any aftermarket system today.
I wonder how many of us would pay that? I’d be tempted as the aftermarket ones seem louder and boomier.
Captain Crevice - is this a wide up? It looks like a great product! thanks Ed I'll get one of these.
Any thoughts on the drying towel thingy & and perhaps brushes to clean inside the wheel.
we have amazing roads (not), will be a good excuse to bring the T out? I'll put the kettle on.
Nick - as one of our resident detailers, are you able to recommend anything that will pamper 371.?
It's been years since I bought mine, and wonder if anyone can recommend me a good wash mitt & drying towel?
Alternatively, perhaps @NickReilly063 could come down to Cambridge to detail my car?
Cheers
thanks Ed, the S4 002 is 52Ah so more than my current 44Ah.
I looked at 13 sold T's on CCs to see what they had. It's a real mixed including 44, 45, 50, 52, 53 Ah.
Hi All
I have used a Bosch S4 001 44Ah 440A car battery for around 10 years. It works fine but I've been told it's not the official one for the 182.
Looking at other threads it appears others use it also.
I'm looking to get a new battery. What do people think?
Cheers
Not many people seem to watch EVO's podcast. Perhaps it's too nerdy? Not me. Anyway, this week John Barker picked the B660 as one of his top 3 roads. Now the B660 is about 30 miles from me, so I decided it was worth a cross country dash. I'm now back home and can say it is a very...
After my recent post, I decided to have a look through some of my old magazines and found a copy of 'Performance Car' dated September 2009. This issue, number 19, has a brilliant article by Dan Posser who takes HT05 BZX to explore The Lakes, Dales and Moors. It reminded me of your recent trips...
