Wow, the mounting system is great! It really looks free to move in the direction you want. Have you noticed any difference in vibration through the car?
Sounds epic too!

Just added myself to list. Regretted not getting in on damper group buy.
Does anyone know the part number for replacing the glass in my wing mirror.
I found these but not sure if there is a heated and non heated version?

I had the following done at Engine dynamics
"OEM Wishbones
OEM Track Rod Ends
OEM Steering Rack Bushes
OEM Inner and Outer anti roll bar bushes
Remove and install shock absorbers (supplied by customer)
Vehicle Tracking
All the above comes in at £852.11"
I think I totaled the parts to be £450...
I have a list of 3 cars that catch imagination and I would like to drive
4c
A110
GT86/BRZ
The last is the most affordable and practical though, if keeping to one car
I am pretty happy with them although I still have cup dampers on the car at the moment, so haven't been pushing them.
They definitely feel firmer than both the Michelins and the Hankooks. Maybe a bit harsher because of this...
Grip in the wet has also been better than the old worn tyres.
What tyre pressures have people been using on the AD08R's on the road?
I am having some fitted as I type this... Will be glad to get Hankooks off the car, as I really didn't like them
I had mine delivered, as I bought it from Steve at all vehicles. It arrived in my lunch hour at work and I dropped the driver off at the train station in it as my first ever drive. As crazy as it sounds now when I got mine they were really hard to get hold of as only 18 months old, so I bought...
I wouldn't go by milage or time as a guide to how long dampers need between services. I would do the push test on the wing and check for leaks (excessive dirt in one place is probably from an oil leak)
The damper thread explains the push test on wing
This thread describes amoungst other things...
That's really tough luck..
I can't see it on their website but I'm sure these guys would give you a quote and they are open Saturday mornings too

I have just removed my leaking dampers off the car and have put cup dampers on with the Trophy springs. They do feel surprisingly good but turn in is no where near as sharp or direct. I still think the cup dampers feel harsher than I expected but maybe that's the spring rate on the trophy spring?
I was away for the weekend, so got mine last night. Really happy with it, just going to have to tidy my desk at work now so it can take pride of place!
So are you running the above without the solid top mounts? Was thinking of going down the powerflex route. I remember Mark fish telling me he removed powerflex bushes off a car as the owner didnt like it. Not sure if its the right way to go or replace with standard bushes...
This might of been on before but this looks interesting...http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-cars/alpine-vision-concept-unveiled
Blue one looks great, wonder if everyone will have a slightly different engine from the parts bin like the old ones
Thanks for posting Oliie. I remember this well, I had only just got my Trophy a few weeks before. Also remember sitting in your car Oliie and listening to your fancy stereo, that was seriously loud.
Thanks for the replies. I took mine off over the weekend and put on some new 182 cup ones. The bolts holding the shock hub were a nightmare on one side I cracked two sockets before I had to go and b impact socket.
The cup ones are much softer than I was expecting when you push on them when...
Hi
Not been on here in a long time but hope everyone is well? I am in need of a damper refurb and was reading Simon from cornering forces post about using a mountain bike pump to re-gas the damper.
Was considering giving this a try before I sent them away, but I was surprised to see I dont...
Hi everyone
I have a snapped rear spring on my T so am after 2 new or used rear springs.
Dealer wants £101 each so wondered if any one had any or knows a cheap place to get them?
Cheers

Hi everyone,
Have been neglecting my trophy but its time for a service and new front discs. My question is I have ds2500 but they have plenty of life on them, can I just replace the discs and keep the older pads? I assume I would need some extended bedding in but is this expectable?
Cheers...
