Heading to the Lake District next week. Hoping to find some decent roads to test the trophy's abilities. Any suggestions? Speed camera warnings gratefully accepted. Any other ideas for future driving trips in UK? Also planning to get over to Isle of Man in summer for obvious reasons.

I've noticed that if I drive about 100 yards without much steering lock (upto 10 or 15 mph) then turn full lock I don't get the knocking, even when freezing. If I have to apply full lock straight away though it almost always happens. Does this mean it could just be the ABS check?

I'm getting the same repeated knocking noise coming when steering full lock after starting up in the cold. Dissapears after the car's been running for less than a minute. It's definitely not like the ABS check I used to get on the 172. Let us know what the garage say.
