Hi guys,
a little bit off topic:
Many of you (me with another old pair of dampers I got via facebook included) want their dampers to be adjustable.
Since there is no cheap solution to the problem of the hole in the adjuster cap after depinning (apart from buying the part in an assembly for...
I printed the battery support with an FDM printer as well, was much lighter (39 g), but less rigid and because of the structure not good for machining.
SLA prints are out of one piece and behave like it under stress.
Hi guys,
as a solution to the problem of the hole in the adjusters after depinning, I can supply you with a pair of 3D printed adjuster caps.
There is a thread titled "Solution to Sachs Adjuster Cap problem (hole from unpinning)"
Short form: They do the job perfectly, can be painted and have...
It's a transparent resin, rather rigid than flexible, you can cut threads, drill in it and mill it - I need to look up the precise material.
Pretty strong, also printed a batterie-support for a Liteblox fitting a Megane 3 RS plug and play.
The Liteblox support for Clio 2 RS is going to follow...
Hello guys,
after the unpinning of the Sachs dampers many owners face the problem of holes straight through the adjuster caps.
If you manage to remove both caps without major damage, there still are the holes.
Filling them with resin may work, but still is no satisfying design.
As far as I...
Pair sold, the remaining new one turned out to be a right side damper, pictures follow below
It is new but has some scratches from storage, the hopefully fair price I would ask for is 290£ including shipment.
Fell free to write a message
I know, but since I just bought them and not going to use them anyway, I wanted to give somebody who missed out at the group buy a chance of getting dampers for a hopefully fair price:grinning:
Since I'm not going to equip my 182 Cup with Sachs Trophy suspension, I have three dampers to offer:
- one is new and has never been used, although it has some scratches from storing
-one used, no leakage, can be used for quite some miles before a refurbishment
- one which needs a refurbishment...
I know, timing hasn't been my friend, searched for decades for a pair, got some for an okay price and two days later new pairs for 600€ are offered...
That's life
Concerning @dablks listing of needed parts and the costs and after a night of good sleep, I'm most likely keeping the cup suspension in my ordinary 182 Cup.
So for the guys who don't get their dampers trough this group buy
I have three dampers to sell:
-one new
-one used but usable before a...
Hello Trophy owners,
my name is Sven, I'm 23, from Germany and completely new to this forum (signed up 20 minutes ago, although I'm silent reader for quite a long time).
Stupid thing first, I just bought 3 used dampers here in Germany for 500€, one new, one used and one very used.
Will be...
