Anyone know what's going on with the online shop? I ordered a couple of keyrings about a month ago and haven't received anything. Mailed the admin address and didn't get anything back. What gives?

Just got a Trophy without carpets. Anyone know what the original items might have been (my previous 182 had RS branded items - would the Trophy have had the same?) and where I might be able to get some now?
