Thats what I have a slight tapping noise then a cluck/knock when I hit a manhole or a bit of road which has been patched up. I might see about putting felt under the mounts.....

I will take a pic of the whole unit and post it up. the washers and bush's you use are different to the OE ones. I keep thinking that if the top bush isn't seated right it will 'tap' against the hole in the body of the car. Where the OE ones have a metal sleeve to stop this. There is a big clunk...

The gap from the rubber top mount to the body of the car. drivers side is higher? I'm thinking they haven't been put together correctly. The last place to have them apart were Revolution at newcastle fitting the springs.

You usually remove the whole lot when fitting a Maxogen kit. Think it says in the manual! :lol: as you get a blanking plug to put over where a pipe used to attach

I would say thats the 'only' downside! but I thought most of the time I'm usually downloading music to my ipod/iphone, so why bother with cd's, plus they take up room in the car :lol: . I don't miss having a cd slot as you could easily buy a cd changer. But having all your music on a small ipod...

No mate, it plugs into the bottom of the ipod/iphone etc.... Just like when you connect to computer/charger. You can see from this pic - this is how I had it set up, just ran the cable through the back of the glove box and left the ipod in there.
