You’re totally right here Nick. It will make good money purely on the mileage. Given the cheap tyres fitted to a car known for handling (criminal act in my opinion) then you have to wonder where else during the history have they not spent the money where it was needed!

I absolutely second this. I was always an advocate of a low mileage car but I bought my second Trophy on 153k miles and I am certain the history and overall condition is better than some with half that mileage. Good luck, this is a bargain for someone.

I have now bought a number of magazines from Ed and the condition of them in my opinion is better than described. The packaging for them really was excellent. Thanks again Ed.

It’s for this reason I’d like to see a photo of the system and not just an exploded diagram. I may explore their returns policy and take a punt on it.

I’ve found a company that can supply a non genuine but as close to as possible. They’ve sent me an exploded diagram of the whole system but can’t give me a photo of the actual part. I’ll keep you posted if I decide to go ahead and buy it.

I've got a 2008 VW Golf GT TDi as my daily while the T is tucked away. It is the most sensible daily I've had in years, paid £3k for it and it does everything I need it to do in comfort and with great fuel economy.
