It all depends what you mean by low miler.?? IE whats your needs, 20K,40K,60K.??

Anybody know where i can get a pair of the rear disc/bearing spacers from, RPD are out of stock and George at Road track race has ceased trading.?? Or is it ok to re-use the old ones that come off. when replacing the rear discs.? Ta.

On every car ive owned with an oil pressure gauge the load is higher than idle... eg idle could be 1 bar, load 2.5bar.... PS these are NOT values for the clio. I have no idea what the clio values should be...

Wow. I remember them when they were new.... Whats the value of one of those today.?? I remember watching Harry Metcalf ringing the neck of one of these back in the day on the Rally circuit... He showed a lot of the faster machinery how its done... Sadly he was taken from us too soon.

Something else to throw into the mix. IF,, youve overheated the pads, ie had a bit of brake fade, ive found they dont work aswell afterwards... I had this after a trackday i did in another car, the pads never were the same again...And i swapped them out pretty soon afterwards.

But im sure if you decat it , the noise will be louder...And i dont think Ian wants a "boy racer" sound... Being of "mature" years like myself...

Tyres are certainly past there best,,,, thats some hard cornering theyve had, but then again the journo,s have used it...

Hi Nick. Thanks for that. Yep i knew it was Ixell 205-110 I had a spare set of turinis done a few years ago, but were powder coated, and they arnt the correct colour, as , like you say there isnt a powder that matches... So ill be stipulating they are painted in ixell, then powder coated clear....

My new Michelins have finally arrived... And they arnt old stock thankfully, made on 07/22.....Now time to get the wheels refurbed in the correct colour...

Itd be great if they had stock. Just looked online and the michelins arent listed.... Im hoping my order with camskill arrives, i ordered a set 10 or so days ago, to be told they were out of stock, then suddenly they had more listed so i re-ordered them. Ive got my fingers crossed there on...
