Your parts guy got it wrong then as that part number is for FF182 with cup packs! That is a still a black spring but the yellow and blue bit is the colour of the paint which is painted on there ( little squares ) to determine which one it is! As the non cup pack 182 is mid blue and mid green...
More than likely had the same problem on the FF chenged them for poly ones but made the noise even worse!

Yeah can get a set of lowering springs for that but then you would have to lower the whole car if you are going to use day to day! Or like you said get a set of Coily's and sell them when your done!
I used to be a panel beater for 8 years with Renaults so the best way to do it with clios is put some masking tape on the actual boonet catch the one on the slam panel. Then gently lower the bonner untill the striker puts a hole though the tape this will tell how off center the striker is from...
OEM cup shocks are £45+vat each from Renault and K-tec are charging ever so slightley more!
Same price for Cup and Non cup but I'm sure they dont fit as the hole spacing is different!
