http://www.msvtrackdays.com/car-home/novice-only.aspx How about a novice trackday with MSV and make sure you get some instruction as its really worth it.
With regards to brakes may I suggest changing the hoses for braided ones such as Goodridge, changing the brake fluid for a better one such as...
Not going this year but I've been there before in my Trophy and it was a great event. It got a little competitive between the various countries attending but was great fun. Enjoy :)

I had some on my VX220 and they serviced them free of charge for me...
I'm not honestly sure the only things I can think of is that dirt can get in where the pin was removed or as the shocks can move more freely any dirt on the pistons will do more damage. He basically told me to leave mine well alone.
Oh and just a thought have people who de pinned there's noticed them wearing more? As when I picked up my custom rear Koni's from the place that rebuilt mine they said don't do that as it really kills them. They work on loads of race and rally cars and are an Ohlins dealer so IMHO know there stuff.
Personally I wouldn't change the colour if your looking to sell the car at some point people know what colour the Sachs are supposed to be and it might put them off............
Was it Blue chip spares Ltd there asking nearly £1500 for a 52K miles Trophy engine lol I actually laughed at the guy on the phone and hung up on him :)
The blue 182 Cup they used to test against the 200 a while ago on 5th Gear is owned by a good friend of mine Tony Hunter so maybe they'll ask him to do it again :)
My other half gets it her Clio 200 and that's been debadged by the previous owner so I think its a Clio thing TBH.
I just wait until the road gets fun and then see if they can keep up lol :)
No worries Steff I understand what you mean I had a FN2 Civic Type R for 2 years and sold it to use my Trophy again and god it is so much better my other half has a 200 and is looking at the newer one as it would make a better daily driver.
I've owned quite a few Clio's in my time and I love my...
Steff I believe the new 200 is supposed to be lighter than the current car and has more torque across the rev range so will be easier and more fun to drive. It also has a electronic diff and that coupled with the new gearbox should make it more fun to drive everyday plus with 5 doors it will be...
Hi Dave not hiding just changed my username as for some reason I couldn't get my old one back after the business was wound up.
As you've said once before I think it is hard to come across correctly online and as you say Spax may well not be up to the standard of the Sachs but I'd be interested...
Funny you seemed to like them on Cliosport Dave but were put off by there cheapness...........
Everyone is entitled to there own opinion about stuff and have you actually tested the Spax or are you yet again making assumptions without any grounds for them?
People on here as getting as bitchy...
As far as I am aware Ohlins do not make a set that is suitable for road use I believe they make a rally version but it is crazy money. Nitron were looking into making some but I don't think it ever happened and I remember Mark Fish was looking into doing something a while ago......
If your...

My mistake that's for a single shock and not the top adjustable ones though they are only £92 each from Larkspeed

It might be worth upgrading to Koni top adjustable rear or the Mark Fish upgraded ones as they work very well with the front Sachs ones. Not totally sure that the link is for the correct...
