If you need anything from Euro's PM me or email matt@stealthsport.co.uk as I have a friend who manages my local branch and I can hopefully get them at a decent price.
I've had the dealer I use check and its not been to Renault for much work so unless its got a service history backed up with invoices I'd be inclined to avoid TBH.
If you can get the VIN/chassis number I can see if it comes up on Renault's database as a Trophy.
I've run the reg on various sites I use and its coming up as a 2005 Clio 2.0 in Red first register 26/10/2005 which means most likely it is a late model 182 i.e. a Trophy.
Cheers
Matt.
Pretty much guarantee its the heat shield the large y shaped tin foil piece on the back of the car above the back boxes I have this problem with my Trophy and its had the large washer mod as mentioned before in this post. I bought a new one from Renault in the end and am fitting it next week...
If your talking about the Recaro subfames you'll need to speak to Capital seating and I think there around £130 odd each from memory:

I don't think its the fact that people can't be bothered but why should they do all the work for you? As Dave has said you do some research and then perhaps some members might give you some help............

Wow look it took me 2 seconds using...
If the cars just for road use the Mark Fish springs are a little harsh I believe and no offence to Cooksport but I'd rather have the Eibach's which I don't understand why K-TEC say are not suitable for Trophy's...
The Koni's are adjustable so you can run them in soft on the road for comfort and then easily adjust them if you do trackdays or fancy a thrash.
I'm not sure if the Sachs rears are uprated or there cost but for me I had a set of Koni rears revalved to match the front Sachs similar to the Mark...
Why did you buy the Sachs rears lol?
In answer to the actual question your best of starting off with them in there softest setting and working up. I have mine on there hardest setting but my car is a lot lighter than standard at the rear.
Hope that helps :)
I've been informed by the people who I use to my Sachs reburbished and they are an Ohlins dealer who work on Twingo rally cars and Mercedes race trucks that unpinning them is a very bad thing to do and leads to excess wear.
I haven't and won't be and for road use its pointless IMHO your much...
I've found Clio's are very easily ruined buy changing the tyres may I suggest a set of 15's and some 195/50/15's as long as the offset is as close to ET45 it should work fine.
Even if you go for winter tyres surely 15's are gonna be cheaper too?
