TBH mate 4500 is fine, just use a bit of common sense, let it warm up fully, change gear early, be soft on the brakes, Once 500 miles has arrived push it up to 5500. Once 1000 has arrived thats your Q for lots of fun and i mean LOTS OF FUN!!!!! :lol:

mine had 17 on it which tbh didnt bother me at all considereing i got 3/4 of a tank of fuel.
1300 miles now and already hitting the limiter in 1st, 2nd, 3rd oh and 4th :twisted: and i am loving it, only really started to give the car a bit more stick this past week and it feels so much...
TBH if i was in this situation I would go coilovers, benefits are the full adjustabilty for track use and for show use you can drop the car right to the floor.

The Aux input on the standard CD player is only for the CD Changer, to fit the Ipod to the system would mean speaking to Autoleads who i belive do a convertor for the Ipod.
