Don't know how you think you can comment when you have never driven one. Don't tell me your cheese wedge (aka Mr2) would see off a Boster S. Part chop all your cars and you may be able to afford a Trophy.
My passenger seat rattles like mad with no one sat in it.
One of the worst problems is how shit the paint is compared to my vauxhall it chips dead easy. Ive got 2 on the bonnet already and dont drive dead close to the car in front, plus its done less than 500 miles. With it being quite sunny...
I thought Williams number 1 was coming up for sale, some Spotty little shit could buy that for less than a Trophy. Face it a Williams is never going to be worth thousands and whats exclusive about them when you can get one for a grand, yours maybe more shiney but its still the same car.
Go for the second hand Trophy as thats what you want. You are always going to struggle for a good deal if you need to part ex a car. Have they taken a deposit off you? and have you or they signed anything?
KS if you had s 30-40 K rear wheel drive car would you push it in the wet and risk crashing it.
In a Trophy you can as it just understeers.
But in reality it makes it a faster car against similer drivers in the same circumstances.
I'm a shit driver but I would love to give you a run for...
I bet other dealers dont want to hand them over as there are so little Trophys left and they know they can probably make a good profit on them when they do sell them.
Think you would struggle to get one for £12,500 as there are only about 20 left and also when they have offered you £5,500 for your car.
Must admit he is entertaining and the topic would have died a death ages ago.
Add a bid more fuel the last and first hot hatch I have ever had was an Xr2 15 years ago when I was 18, but can't beleive how good the Trophy dampers are now in comparison.
KS you have tried to prove you point but as you suggest you have not driven a Trophy, so I can't understand why you think you are an expert on sachs dampers. You should prehaps take you arguments up with various magazines and people who really care what you think or not.
I have not brought...
Can't understand why you come on a Trophy forum and just try to slag the car off to Trophy owners. At the end of the day it is a better car than a williams.
Don't know about to sensible, i'm sure i've had it on 3 wheels round a roundabout but you just cant tell.
Going to get my mrs stand on a round about with a digi camera to see - joke
