I use Beatport a lot and it bloody annoys me when I can't download a track due to the restrictions. At the end of the day I can't understand why the record label/site won't sell the track to people from certain locations they release them to sell as many as possible...
Yup, you only have to look at the Topgear times of the 182 vs. CTR where the CTR is a few seconds slower and remember the Trophy is quicker than a 182 with Cup packs anyway.
I have friends with CTRs too and the Trophy is quicker in a straight line and round bends full stop.
That doesn't surprise me at all.
You have to remember that 5th gear would of been given the 200 to test by Renault and the last thing they want is the old car being better than the new one. People watching the reviews will be influenced by the lap times which gives them reason to upgrade and...
Yeh the guys are really friendly and know what they are doing as you'll know.
The only problem for me was finding the place, its in the middle of nowhere lol.

Renault Liverpool quoted me £180 to change the gear linkage, Birchdown done it for £60 and without the hassle, says it all really. :)
I've had similar experiences with people with type r's etc and just left them behind. Unfortunately our Trophies are very underrated but very capable machines.

I too have had numerious problems dealing with Renault including Renault Wirral, Renault Liverpool, Arnold Clarke St Helens, Arnold Clarke Warrington and Connelly & Anderson Renault Specialists.

I remember after picking mine up driving home was a great feeling. It's worn off somewhat now but I find that if you don't drive it for a few days you appricate how good it is.
