try Tomx on here.... he has one of the lowest, if not the lowest mileage used example for sale. cars with sub 10k are few and far between now so you'll pay a premium....
Allvehicles also had one with 5k miles on it in stock too
i found from the pictures i put up of mine that it generated a bit of interest as the car looked super shiny... take some pictures with some good garden reflections for example and people get the idea that the car is low mileage and in 'as new' condition.
i was inundated with enquiries from PH...
Tom,
This car believe you me must be the lowest mileage used Trophy for sale. Someone will pay good money for this car but only if you actively advertise it.
Don't in anyway take this comment personally - but your salesman skills seem a little bit lacking - clean the car, photograph the...
looks like all mine and Amie's hard work cleaning it for FCS is still showing well
good to see some pictures of my old beast and of both of them together... as i've said it's a massive step up in terms of performance - have fun! :D
alternatively, it might be easier to buy a new alloy, and keep the kurbed one as a spare? Steve has done something similar to you and went down this route
ooh gutting to see that picture. weird though what you say about someone taking a shine to your car and it mysteriously getting written off... there was a very similar thinking about my old Trophy with a couple of people who saw it just after the accident...
250bhp Mini
7Mat's without doubt in my mind stands out as one of the better ones, lot of time and effort gone into it and it's very useful on track too as i remember
Sold my Trophy yesterday :( And so i needed something as a short-term car until my new Meggy arrives which is gonna be a few months away yet.
So rather than be sensible and buy a cheap diesel, i opted for something to deliver some fun and stumbled across this very tidy PH-Quick. We bought it...
remember Matt Wills bought his with very similar mileage - admiittedly only two people know exactly how much he paid  , but this is another of those cars which is 'as new' and you might find a collector willing to pay a premium for it... just like with mint Williams.
shame it's sat...
haha, tbh fella as i said it was a random thought first thing this morning that i also had a few other times... did a quick look at your posts but still wasn't sure
anyways.... bask in the glory of your own thread. i'll sleep much better tonight knowing that you're a bone-fide Trophy owner...
i'll have one for each of the Trophy's i have owned
i personally think your best bet is to go with us to personalise them afterwards - i'm sure there's a few people who'll buy them purely to add to a collection of RS model cars
nah just one of them random thoughts i had that i thought i'd share..... not a witch hunt either but just curious... and wondering whether he'll bring it along to Trax :?:
Do you own a Trophy?
I'm kinda confused whether you own a 182, a Trophy, something Jap or indeed all 3!
It's Friday morning and i thought it'd be a good time to ask the question whilst work is a little quiet
As you know the Trophy sold and is going at the weekend... last night i went and viewed a Mk1 172 and ended up buying it. So my weekend consists of delivering the Trophy to its new owner and once home collecting my new car.
The Ph-Quick will be an interim car til i can get my hands on a...
