lose the decals on the roof and bumpers IMO.... good luck on the delivery date - they do seem to keep varying a bit. i thought you'd bought a showroom car and obviously misread that from your earlier posts!
i've driven 4 197's now.... and 1 197 R27 too.
A different kinda car to the 182 inc the Trophy... depends IMO on what you are really lookng for. The Trophy is much raw'er compared to the 197, the 197 is more grown up but is competent.

i'm in no big hurry to sell mine and won't be reducing the price drastically either. BUT, at the end of the day mine is still a baby mileage wise.
there is occasionally a rogue car which slips through cheaper than the rest (remember the one bought a few months back from a dealer for £9495...
at the end of the day, the seller obviously had a price at which he was willing to let the car go and seems to me like he needed a quick sale. having started with no reserve and stated he would sell for £8k, the likelihood was that the car would go for a bargain price, unless 2 people got...
i've been on MS since Sept last year
i need to sell the Trophy to release my funds to buy something else, so i guess i'd better get it on the trader!
i thought that someone would know the definite answer to this.... i've obviously read a few of the said threads on CS but couldnt remember all the details though!
i have 2 cars... both insured separately with different insurance company's without an issue.
tbh, the admiral multi-car policy scheme seems like a con to me.... they quoted me something like 450 quid to insure the trophy for 5.5 months to then bring the insurance on both cars around to the...
lose the decals IMHO.... especially the roof ones.... i was amazed though tbh just how thick the graphics are!
keep the insurance for both cars in your name and add the fiance as a named driver on the Trophy policy perhaps - tbh you might also find that she brings your price down on the...
if she is cool with putting something in writing to the effect that she has paid off your £8.5k loan and that in the event of selling/re-mortgaging/splitting up (sorry it's a negative outlook on things) she takes that money you owe her from any profit made etc i'd go ahead with that deal...
it's a piece of piss.... i crouched under the open boot and put it dead central at the top of the rear window... you even have guide lines in the form of the heated window elements
i've done two without issues :P
Motorway driving is not bumpy at all IMO - i regualrly drive both the Trophy and a FF182 and notice no difference at all between the two of them on the motorway. In the Trophy you have the added benefit of a lower driving position and comfy Recaros :D
P.S. I have a nice little Trophy for...
