Does anyone know whether the rears can be refurbed or should they just be replaced. If replaced anyone have an idea how much the rear dampers cost or could they be replaced with 182 Cup dampers? Cheers.

I looked into this too a while ago with mixed results. Some say they've gained, others no gains. The gains I've seen from others with matched RS inlets are around 3-6bhp. It may be worthwhile if applied in conjunction with other modifications, eg, induction kit, cams, exhaust and remap, but...

That is shocking and unbelievable as no Renault technician is EVER that thorough when testing/diagnosing a problem!! This is one of the reason why I always make sure that the car is near empty when I take it for servicing/diagnosing. I hope they resolve whatever issue you have free of charge...

Going by what you've said, I think you'll be pleased with the system. Its not excessively loud or boomy, but its enough the let you know its there and sounds way better than standard without punishing your ear drums. Its well made and a quality system and fits perfectly in the rear valance...
