RS 192 system should have more mounts on the rear than you say,like this
The mounts you linked to are correct standard clio items and should fit straight onto the car (2 at the rear) along with the centre mount.
Are you sure its a RS192 system ?
I guess another option would be to have the existing rear bench re-trimmed to match by capital seating ? (Recaro agents)
I know this would cost a lot more than a S/H 182 seat though.

Its a straight forward swap but alternator bracket can be a pain as for gaskets fit these :cool:

You may not notice any difference if you are removing the 'RS' stamped lower inlet as these are about as good as it gets.
Got to say all that in the casting kinda spoils the lines a bit,The original speedline lettering was a quite light grey/silver from memory.

It should have a shim top and bottom in the pad carrier and springs on top of the pads as standard,these are designed to stop the noises you have experienced
I had a similar noise which turned out to be anti roll bar bushes even though no excessive movement was present.
I replaced all 4 with power flex ones and have not heard it since.
