I would say that a pair in need of refurb could go for £300,then you would need to spend £300-£500 depending where you send them and if you opt for powder coating also. So i think at £500 its a fair price?

Trophy rear shocks are silver in colour,are yours silver or black? Cooksport springs seem to be very popular at the mo and should give you a good drop all round(you will have to do ALL 4) there should be no problem when you want to return to the OEM front shocks Hope that helps

You are right but with a colder/denser inlet charge the engine requires more fuel to get the correct AFR via lambda sensors etc.the effect is more power. Ever felt that your car goes better on a wet foggy morning than on a hot sunny summer afternoon?

In the summer mine always goes up to around 39-40. In winter mid 30's is the norm.

Did you not replace the top mounts when you had the front shocks off ? I would have as they can give noises and you had it apart anyway,i would replace these first.

The pagid RS4's better be good because they are more than twice the price of the DS2500 :eek: If you're running on a budget then DS2500 are better than oem but if not go for the pagid RS4's brake dust will always be an issue with this type of pad over standard along with noise imo.

Shocks shouldn't affect the ride height? more likely to be a spring. Have you checked the rears?they have a habit of snapping.
