As said a lot of people do prefer the old PE2 over the PS3,other forums dislike this tyre also preferring the PS2 (original fit to RS megane)over its replacement.
PE2 are still about in other sizes 195/50/15 is common so if you can get a result on this good luck

Picked it up with 7 miles on the clock now at 72k no plans to sell it yet,its a keeper :cool:
Have owned other cars during my ownership though just cant part with this one.
These fit in the same way as your tow eye in that they screw in the body.
Use the eyelet on one end with an appropriate bolt front or rear.

Did you notice any improvement in power.
I have the 192 waiting to be fitted in the spring.
I ran a decat on a standard exhaust system and yes it does make it louder but not much it will how ever make an after market louder also.no big power gains but every little helps it does rev better top end.
It will also bring on the emissions light intermittently this very much depends on YOUR...
No idea about the JMS RS2 just that people seem to be taking them off ,as for throttle bodies K-tec are claiming a 30bhp raise and 15lbs torque gain (quote for website).
Good luck with this,but i very much doubt you will get the outcome you are expecting as said this would leave the door open for countless other claims form clio owners.
As said if you go carbon go gloss, i did but check the quality carefully some are poor. skoda seems to be a cheap way out (E-bay) but will need modifying a bit.

Sure with a bit of negotiation they would be under £180 for the pair as most places give 10% off easily.
