Have you tried fitting the oem air box to make sure its that ?
Which filter set up have you gone for?
Cooksport developments do a proven upgrade which includes battery relocation, much more drivable in mid range and more torque.
So after a morning with a very helpful parts guy at my local Renault dealers i can confirm that front sachs part numbers 8200 514 734 O/S and 8200 514 733 N/S indeed have been superseded by 77 111 67 413 O/S and 77 111 67 414 N/S.
The only downside to this is that they are itro £1400 rrp but...
And typically covered in someones coffee/coke  i always thought it was a great place to position such an important ECU under the cup holders.
Ah the French.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but if we are talking 'twingo' the R2 uses shocks that are adjustable for 'bump and rebound' and not made by sachs
Would this be an option for the T ??
Sounds like some thing is a miss in the heater box? as the recirc flap will draw air from the cabin in this area may be its not sealing correctly and fan speed 2 is enough to pull the air past from outside?
There is nothing after the valve it's just fixed on a bracket and points down. the other end goes as you said via a pipe to the side of the air box. There will be a electrical connector also to fit.
There is also a cold air feed under the standard box which goes towards the head light.
Hope...
I think the trim you are on about is just a cover held on by plastic clips with no holes under from memory,
however tailgate hinges and Ariel are both candidates also the wiring grommets around the boot shut could cause water ingress onto the head lining?
The only sure way to locate a leak is...
I think a good quality coil over set up has to be the way forward in the long term.
I know you will say its not a 'T' any more but lets face it better to have it on coil overs and drive it than have it sat in the garage on knackered sachs.
All opinions are my own.
No trophys don't have this, this is a screen for a FF 172/182 its for the European toll cards as said in previous post. not a big issue its just had a screen changed
Hi MarcR,
Is there a Renault owners forum in France you could contact ? the cup is called the 'Ragnotti' in france i think after their
Renault 5 Maxi Turbo Driver some one there might have a contact?
Bottom Ball joint, mine had a noise under braking and there was no play to speak of but i changed it and the noise went.
It must be when its under load from braking and compresses the joint.
