I've had a couple of decent experiences with FB Marketplace, but agree - it does seem a minefield, you've got to be pretty diligent. Especially if things seem too cheap to be true...

I asked about the wheel too... Everything seemed to be priced the same amount, which I thought was a bit weird at the time. The guy might be genuine and just not have much time to spare, but I'm not going to bother any further. I suspect the exhaust is past it's best.

I asked the guy about this a few days ago, requested a couple of closer pics of the usual rotten areas. I haven't heard back... so I'm guessing it's either not in great condition or he's not that interested in a sale.

Just to update on final availability. Edition number 037/050 has now gone to a good home off my reserve list. That means the one in my bundle post above, edition number 035/050, is the very last one available.... If this sells, we'll have raised another £100+ for Macmillan. :)

I'm speculating, but I wonder if it may surface in that facility in Glasgow. They've just sold a Trophy they had, and I just have a hunch they've done that because they were looking to get their hands on a lower mileage example. I may be completely wrong... ;)
